Due to a recent arrest and the subsequent press conference, the Sheriff of Santa Rosa County in NWFl has encouraged homeowners to shoot anyone breaking into their property.
The Sheriff’s department is now offering gun safety courses to encourage gun owners to safely own guns. These courses do satisfy the requirements to apply for your concealed carry permit.
The course is only open to residents of the county.
My website is for anyone to shop from within the federal regulations. It’s nice because you can literally buy a gun from the comfort of your couch while literally wearing nothing at all (that you, do what you want.) It’s convenient because not only can you buy from your couch, you can just enter in your credit card, and you don’t have to deal with any salespeople bothering you or asking if you need help for the 16th time since you got there adding a friendly “just let us know if you need anything!”
However, there is a special feeling that you get walking into a gun shop that you are there with like minded people. Maybe not politically, but almost everyone in the gun shop has got the same opinion as you on the second amendment. It’s like an unspoken bond and everyone is usually very polite. “Oh, sorry I was standing in front of the caliber you need!” Add to that the ability to feel the real weight of the firearm in your hand and the contour of the grips.
I’ve bought from both online retailers and brick and mortar stores. Both have pros and cons, but I’m glad to have both options. Just a reminder that if you buy a gun from an online dealer, make sure you inspect it and get a feel for it before you accept it and transfer it to your name; this is crucial or you won’t be able to send it back if you don’t like it.
