Shipping Policy

The anti-gun sentiment is prevalent in the US. As the consumer of the products we sell, it is on you to know the rules and regulations of your jurisdiction. We will ship what we know of as legal to your address or FFL, however if it is deemed illegal or restricted by law then we will not be held liable for any civil or criminal lawsuits, fines or fees. By purchasing from us you are implicitly complying with this agreement.


CATC will select shipping provider on size, contents & value of the product being shipped at our own discretion.
Orders are generally shipped between 3-5 business day standard ground. In some cases, shipping time might be delayed from 7-10 days during holidays, sale promos and days following a gun shows. You should receive a tracking number to your registered email. If your order is not received after receiving the tracking number within 10-14 days, please contact us.
Depending on the value and type of the product being shipped, a signature may be required to receive the product. A tracking number will be provided by email on all orders. Please note that UPS tracking is very limited and may not show the progress of the shipment until delivered. Even if nothing is updated in the system, the package is usually on its way to you of the FFL of your choice.
For FFL orders, please contact your FFL of choice once tracking is received. It is your responsibility to follow up with the FFL once the order is received to transfer the title and receiver the firearm and/or serialized part.
CATC ships to all 50 states in the US including Alaska & HI and may be higher for shipping to AK and HI.
Please note: Insurance is not included. To purchase insurance for your package or to expedite your shipping, you must notify us by phone after the order is placed. Additional shipping charges may be applied.
Lost / Stolen Package
CATC provides a tracking number upon order processing. If you do not receive a tracking number, please email us as soon as possible. If the lost package is a result from a mistake on CATC, we will replace the lost parts or provide a full refund. If the lost package is the result of the couriers mistake, shipping charges will be refunded by CATC. However, the contents of the packages will not be reimbursed unless shipping insurance was requested. If insurance was purchased, the claim must be filed directly with the courier. CATC will assist with arrangements for replacement parts and with the claims process as needed.
Please contact us as soon as you find out that your package never arrived at your address. Please keep in mind that once shipping company marks your packaged “DELIVERED” this means its been delivered. If you did not receive your package then it could be lost or stolen. You MUST inform us immediately via EMAIL. Please make sure to include your order and tracking number. You have 30 days to report if your package/s lost or stolen.
CATC currently does not ship to APO, FPO, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, or international orders.
